As part of the Arc'teryx Academy Zurich, Arc'teryx is inviting the public to an urban mountaineering event in the Swiss metropolis. On Saturday, Jan. 18, visitors to the Zurich's Foundry Hall can look forward to a free program of workshops, films and lectures on alpine climbing and local mountain activities, outdoor photography and the changes in the permafrost of the Alps. Arc'teryx has been organizing annual global events under the motto “Learning from each other and meeting like-minded people” for years, including the Arc'teryx Alpine Academy in Chamonix.
