At the July 2016 OutDoor show, the European Outdoor Conservation Association (Eoca) had set a goal to plant or regenerate two million trees. At the recent edition of the fair, Eoca announced that it had received commitments for funding the plantation or regeneration of a total of 1,200,957 trees in various parts of the world. That includes a batch of 80,000 trees due to be planted in Nepal through Eoca's latest online funding campaign, which has so far raised half of the €30,000 needed to finance the program.
