German Messe, the organizer of the trade shows Asia Outdoor and Asia Bike to be held in Nanjing, China, from July 26-29, reports a new record for the number of exhibitors. For the Asia Outdoor show Nanjing will welcome 540 exhibitors on an exhibition surface of 48,000 square meters. Last year, there were 452 exhibitors on 24,000 square meters. Asia Bike will cover 24,000 square meters in two halls, hosting 230 exhibitors at its second edition. At last year's premiere, the bike offer did not even fill one hall. For this year's show, the hosts expected 40,000 visitors compared with 31,137 in 2011. German Messe is a joint venture of Messe Friedrichshafen and Knut Jaeger, the creator of the Nanjing show.
