Larry Harrison, who recently retired after six years as director of sales at Adidas Outdoor in the U.S. market, which is licensed to Agron, has become development director at Outdoor Retailer, the U.S. winter and summer trade fair for outdoor products. He has a track record of more than 40 years in the outdoor industry, working as a manager, consultant and sales agent for brands such as Eagle Creek, Jansport, Tecnica and Sierra Designs. Harrison also served for ten years on the board of directors of the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) and for three years as the first male board member of the Outdoor Industry Women's Coalition. Harrison's assignment is to work closely with retailers, manufacturers and other protagonists to ensure that OR meets their various requirements, while also supporting the sales and retail relations teams at OR. The next edition of the fair is the OR Summer Market, scheduled in Salt Lake City on August 3-6.
