The annual Adventure Sports Fair, which was held in São Paulo at the end of August last year, will change its dates again this year, as well as its venue. The event, which has been regarded as the largest consumer-oriented outdoor sports fair in Latin America, will be moving to an Oct. 12-16 schedule. It will be held in the more modern São Paulo Expo. The change of dates and venue follows an agreement between Promotrade, the Brazilian company that founded the event, and the GL Exhibitions division of GL Events, a big French-based group that operates internationally. The organizers promise to offer more contents through the fair, which is still aimed at promoting outdoor sports and providing information on options for adventure tourism in Brazil and elsewhere.
