The annual European Outdoor Film Tour, which claims to be the biggest film festival of its kind, will kick off at BMW World in Munich on Oct. 9, followed by more than 400 events in 18 countries. The program consists of eight films with a total running time of about 120 minutes. One of the films shows Tom Belz ascending Kilimanjaro on his single leg with crutches. Another one features Adam Ondra, the Czech climber who established a new level of difficulty – 9c – and went up an 8a blindfolded. The EOFT is a co-production of Moving Adventure Medien with the Mammut Sports Group and W.L. Gore & Associates. The program can be viewed on www.eoft.eu. Tickets are available online at outdoor-ticket.net.
