The next edition of the Outdoor Trade Show (OTS) is scheduled for July 7-9, 2020 – the week after the OutDoor by Ispo show, which will run from June 28 to July 1. The show will once again be taking place at EventCity, in the British city of Manchester. But OTS 2020 will be the last show of any kind that EventCity will host at the current site. Peel Holdings, which owns EventCity, will be closing the current venue, leasing it to a developer and moving to a new location within the Trafford Park complex. This is where the Soccer Dome now sits, on the far side of the Chill Factore indoor ski slope. This site is being completely transformed into a new exhibition center that should open by September 2020. This year's edition of the OTS drew 990 trade visitors, a 4 percent gain over the previous year's show and a 12 percent gain since the move to Manchester. There was also a 27 percent increase year-on-year in the number of retail buyers and owners. The number of exhibitors, at 131, was the highest ever.
