(SGI) VF Corp. has announced the appointment of Gloria Schoch as director of the VF Foundation & global impact. The VF Foundation is the private grant-making organization funded by VF Corp. In her new role, Schoch will lead the foundation’s support of non-profit organizations that promote sustainable and active lifestyles, as well as conservation and stewardship, education and workforce development, and the advancement of human and organizational endeavors in the context of inclusion, equity and diversity. She will also support alignment around how VF defines and measures global impact. Prior to joining VF, Schoch was director of community affairs at Molson Coors Brewing Company, where she led corporate social responsibility programs, external communications and cause marketing campaigns in the areas of civic leadership, economic empowerment and water stewardship. Earlier in her career, she served as director of public affairs for First Data. Schoch is active in the Denver community, where she currently serves on the board of directors of SER Jobs For Progress National, The Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation, The Downtown Denver Partnership and the Advisory Board of the University of Colorado School of Public Affairs. She is also the board chair of The Latino Community Foundation of Colorado.
