Helly Hansen is overhauling its computer system to smooth operations, cut costs and come into compliance with regulations in various countries. The Norwegian sports apparel and gear producer is stringing together the Infor M3 enterprise resource platform (ERP), the Salesforce customer resource management (CRM) platform, the Front Systems point-of-sale system, the Adyen payment platform and the Emarsys Loyalty system for customer loyalty programs. The most visible part for customers, Front Systems for iPad, is already operating at Helly Hansen stores in Stavanger, Norway, and Helsinki, Finland. It will in time be introduced in 54 stores in 14 countries in Europe and North America.
