Wolverine Worldwide announced on April 17 that its annual general meeting of shareholders will be held in a virtual-only format on April 30, due to pubic health consideration related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Shareholders who were registered as such on March 18 will be invited to visit a dedicated website by entering a 16-digit code number previously given to them. Wolverine is urging them to send in their proxies or to vote by telephone or on the internet in advance of the meeting on the resolutions listed on their proxy card. Alternatively, they will be able to vote during the annual meeting, following instructions given on its website.
