Arc'teryx has announced that it would donate all proceeds from online sales conducted in the U.S. on Nov. 28 to the Conservation Alliance's Public Lands Defence Fund. The date of Nov. 28 marks the so-called Giving Tuesday, celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping events. Giving Tuesday kicks off the charitable season leading to the holiday season and the end of the year. The Conservation Alliance established the Public Lands Defense Fund in January 2017, with initial commitments from Patagonia and The North Face, to safeguard the integrity of U.S. public lands.
