Odlo's 37-page report on its social and ecological footprint highlights Odlo's efforts in the field of corporate social responsibility. According to the report, 90 percent of the manufacturing facilities that work for Odlo already meet the requirements of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF). This figure includes both the company's own factories and external suppliers. In 2011, 72 percent of the roughly 6 million items processed by Odlo were manufactured in Europe and the Middle East, and 57 percent of the total production was done in Odlo's own factories in Portugal and Romania. Odlo claims that European production is crucial to the reduction of energy spending thanks to shorter distances to the key markets and, therefore, less waste of fuel. In the Far East, Odlo works with only 18 suppliers.
