Vibram USA has joined the Grassroots Outdoor Alliance (Grassroots) as a vendor partner. Grassroots is a group of independent outdoor retailers operating over 70 independent specialty outdoor stores throughout North America. As the catalyst of the minimalist movement in footwear, Vibram shares with Grassroots an interest in educating and supporting best practices in outdoor activities. Vibram has been a big hit with outdoor specialty retailers thanks to its FiveFingers product line and its decision in 2005 not to sell its trendy shoes to internet-only retailers.
