After successful years and a comprehensive reorganization of the company, the management of the German bicycle purchasing association, Bike&Co, has announced some changes. After managing director Olaf Heinen left the association “by mutual agreement,” the appointment of several long-serving employees to the management team is designed to set a targeted course for the future. Volker Diehl, who has been appointed to the management board with immediate effect, will take on a central role in BICO’s newly created area of dealer support – and will thus be responsible for providing closer support to the association’s members. The development of the association’s own services and, above all, the continuation of the e-commerce strategy will be driven forward by Georg Wagner. As a member of the executive board, he also has commercial power of attorney. Managing director Jörg Müsse will continue to be responsible for strategy, market development and drop shipment business, as well as product and warehouse business. In addition, he will manage the internal organization with the finance and human resources departments in the future and act as spokesman for the management board.
