Caro Krissman, the founder and chief executive of Outdoor Tech, has left the company after selling his shares to Rob Caulfield, the brand's lead investor. Charlie Gugliuzza, who has served as Outdoor Tech's chief operating officer, has taken over as the brand's new chief executive. Under Krissman's leadership, Outdoor Tech was named to the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies for several years in a row. Krissman currently serves as adviser and board member at Los Angeles-based Lumenus, a brand focused on smart lighting systems for outdoor activities, and is exploring new assignments.
