Columbia Sportswear is expanding its sales and marketing team at the Munich Order Center in Germany for the German, Austrian, BeNeLux and Eastern European markets. In April 2019, Julia Bauer joined Columbia as marketing manager for Germany, Austria, BeNeLux and Eastern Europe. She is an experienced marketing professional after positions at Mountain Equipment, Alpina and Messe München. Kirstin Hansen comes from Under Armour and is the new sales executive for strategic key accounts at Columbia. The newly created positions of digital sales manager, regional sales support specialist and marketing assistant were filled by Mathilde Osada, Florian Groß and Tereza Naglova. Mathilde Osada, an expert in online commerce, is responsible for online accounts for Columbia and has experience at Amazon and Vans. Florian Groß has been working as marketing assistant Europe East in the Munich office since February 2020 and focuses mainly on retail marketing and digital campaigns. He has experience at BVA BikeMedia and madeproject. As regional sales support specialist, Tereza Naglova is responsible for the KPI evaluation of key accounts and supports the sales team. Before Columbia, Naglova worked for Schöffel and Helly Hansen.
