Helinox, a British manufacturer of outdoor furniture and other products for outdoor living, has hired Helen Bridge as head of its European operations and customer service. The company also plans to further strengthen its customer service team with the appointment of an e-commerce coordinator in the coming weeks. Bridge has 14 years of experience in merchandising, buying and planning for international sports brands, including K-Swiss, Nike, G-Star and Reebok. She now leads the Helinox customer service team, based in the company’s EU office in Amsterdam. She will work closely with colleagues across the company to provide effective operational support as the brand continues to experience strong growth.

According to Helinox, the brand saw double-digit growth in its B2B business last year and also successfully launched its B2C business in Europe, generating significant revenue directly from end-users. Demand for the company’s products increased sharply, particularly during the pandemic, the company said. The appointment of Bridge and an e-commerce coordinator will enable Helinox to build on recent growth and meet expected demand in 2021.
