On Aug. 27, Matt Hickman will become the new global marketing manager at Montane, with oversight of marketing strategy and e-commerce at the U.K.-based brand of outdoor apparel and gear. According to Jake Doxat, managing director, he will also be joining Montane's management committee. For the past three years, Hickman has been European Marketing Manager for D'Addario, the brand of guitar strings and accessories. He spent about seven years in various posts at another U.K.-based outdoor brand, Berghaus. Hickman is replacing Terry Stephenson, who will be stepping down at the end of August, after about six years with the company, to take a position with the Mayborn Group.
