Stefan Bernard, who was the German country manager for Garmin between the end of 2011 and the end of 2015, will be in charge of strategy and sales and marketing operations for Hoka One One and Teva across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He will be based in London. The position is new. It follows the creation a year ago of a single business unit for the two brands and Sanuk, called the Performance Lifestyle Group, at Deckers' headquarters in California. The unit is headed up by Wendy Yang, former president of Teva. Prior to his job at Garmin, Bernard worked for Apple and Hewlett Packard.
