The German subsidiary of Original Buff has hired Mirjam Mergenthaler as brand manager for the Spanish specialty brand of head and neckwear, in charge of sales and marketing. The 33-year-old worked for Polar, the Finnish maker of sports electronics equipment, as event manager. In her new position at Buff she will report to Roland Wagner, managing director of the subsidiary, who is also in charge of the distribution of Elan in Germany and Austria.
