Ulrich Dausien, the founder and chief executive of McTrek, has decided to step back from its operations after the previously announced nomination at the beginning of next year of a new CEO, Domink Poley, who will take care of the German outdoor retail chain's operations with those of A.S. Adventure Group, which has acquired a stake of 90 percent in its parent company, Yeah. Dausien will no longer be a shareholder, the chairman of the supervisory board or a board member, but he will assist in the transition as a consultant.
