Victoria Payne has been promoted to chief financial officer and vice president, in charge of company finances and operations, at Mountain Khakis, the American outdoor-apparel company. Payne has been with the company for nearly 12 years, serving as controller and director of finance and administration, and previously worked at the air-filtration company Pneumafil and the accounting firm Scharf Pera & Co. Mountain Khakis was established in 2003 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where it remains today.
