Outdoor Sports Valley (OSV), the association based in Annecy, France, announces a new Bachelor's degree program for “International Sales Specialists in Sports” in collaboration with the Technical Institute of the Université de Savoie. Held in English and targeting students from all over the world, it will start next September, rounding out the other educational programs driven by OSV in general management and product development: the Master of Science in Sports & Outdoor Industry Management, which is conducted together with the Ecole de Management of Lyon, and the Bacheler's degree in Performance Sports Textiles & Footwear. Most of the courses in the new program will be taught by professionals from the outdoor industry. The region around Annecy, in the heart of the French Alps, hosts more than 250 companies in the sector and the European headquarters of numerous outdoor sports companies including Salomon, Patagonia, Petzl, Adidas Outdoor, Fusalp, Millet/Eider, Rossignol and Scott Sports.
