The collaboration has begun with the AX Road Himalayas 19-20 expedition. Ferrino will supply tents, backpacks and mountain equipment to support him in the extreme conditions. Txikon was born in Lemon, in the Basque Country, in 1981. He has participated in more than 30 expeditions so far, and has climbed 11 of the world’s 14 mountains over 8,000 meters tall. In 2016, he completed the first winter climb of Nanga Parbat (8,126 m), together with Ali Sapdara and Simone Moro.
