For the first time, the Pentland Group has won the Best UK Family Business of Excellence award from Ernst & Young as part of its 2017 Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. Founded in 1932, Pentland is a third-generation family-owned company that employs 28,000 people across 20 countries. It has received other awards.
