On April 1, Hydro Flask, the American brand of insulated stainless-steel containers, launched the Journey Series of 10- and 20-liter packs, which enable mountain bikers to drink cold water for up to four hours as they peddle. Simultaneously with the launch, the company added two new brand ambassadors, the professional mountain bikers Mark Matthews and Hannah Barnes. Along with the rest of Team Hydro, Matthews and Barnes will be taking part in Hydro Flask's partnership with Ladies AllRide and Rim Tours Mountain Bike Adventures. Ladies AllRide is an association – run by the mountain biker Lindsey Richter and Meredith Brandt of Grit Clinics – that seeks to increase the number of women mountain bikers in the world by holding skill camps. Rim Tours organizes guided mountain-bike trips in Utah, Colorado, Arizona and Oregon. Based in Bend, Oregon, Hydro Flask is owned by Helen of Troy, a consumer-products company with brands in the beauty, housewares and health & home categories.
