Quechua, Decathlon’s private label of outdoor products, has introduced a model of outdoor sunglasses fitted with corrective lenses. The MH 580 is intended to meet the needs of the many outdoor enthusiasts who suffer from vision problems. Especially for cyclists, the retailer also offers the Roadr 900 model. The new prescription sunglasses are sold exclusively on a digital platform at decathlon-optique.fr, which can be accessed via a Decathlon account. The customer provides online his visual correction details, drawn from an optician’s prescription, and receives customized sunglasses within around 15 days. The new corrective Quechua sunglasses are available for nearsighted people with a diopter of -0 to -4d, as well as people with an astigmatism up to 2 diopters. The lenses are polarizing and offer category-3 UV protection.
