Active Dogs, a Russian retailer that has been selling the Ruffwear brand since 2013, has agreed to manage the distribution for the U.S. brand of active dog gear in Russia. Alexander Grinev, Sofia Grineva and the team around the Moscow-based company are to build and support a network of Ruffwear retailers around Russia. Established in 2009, Active Dog is an importer of quality dog products that already operates both as a retailer and a wholesaler. Tripp Sickler, international business manager for Ruffwear, said in a statement that the partnership would make it easier for Russian dog owners to buy Ruffwear, both in stores and online. As previously reported, the company is preparing the launch of an extensive range of new products for the winter and the upcoming spring.
