Bernat Clarella, the former Spanish country manager for Millet and the new country manager for Edelrid and Red Chili in Spain and Andorra (see our previous issue), will have a second job as sales coordinator of Garmont in the same territory and in Portugal. He will work in conjunction with the Spanish agent of the Italian brand of outdoor shoes, Artida Sports. In Benelux, Garmont will be represented by Marc Tanis, a former sales manager for Hi-Tec who is now working with The Plus Company. Garmont will also have two new distributors in Asia – Kolping for South Korea and Alp Action Asia for Hong Kong.
