Dachstein, the Austrian brand of outdoor shoes, is selling in Switzerland through a sales agency, Win Collection, as of autumn/winter 2016/17. In the U.S., Dachstein signed a distribution deal with Jim Chi, which has been sales agent for Dachstein since the end of last year. In a trial phase, the brand will be on sale in the Paragon Sports store in New York from autumn/winter 2016/17. About 85 percent of the brand's sales are still generated in Austria, Germany, the Benelux and France. Dachstein said that it doubled its sales in the first half of this year, as compared to the same period of 2015, after recorded 50 percent growth in all of 2015. The precise turnover could not be determined.
