Goitasport, which is already a strong partner of the Scott Sports Group in Spain, is taking over the distribution of Dolomite, Lizard and Bach in the country. Scott recently acquired Dolomite and Bach, and took over the international distribution of Lizard. The Barcelona-based company is already handling the distribution in Spain for UYN, the new Italian brand of technical underwear and sports apparel, as well as for Bergamont and Outdoor Research. Bergamont is the German brand of bicycles owned by Scott, and Outdoor Research belongs to Youngone Corporation, the controlling shareholder of Scott, which handles the American brand's distribution in Europe. Dolomite, which was sold by the Tecnica Group to Scott in 2015, was previously distributed by BM Sportech.
