Kathmandu Outdoor & Travel, a famous outdoor store in the center of Utrecht, has opened a mono-brand store of about 150 square meters for Icebreaker in the same town. It will sell a range of about 300 products by the New Zealand wool specialist, the widest offer of Icebreaker products in the Netherlands. Kathmandu was opened in 1994 and has since expanded its business with stores in Amersfoort, Deventer and Nijmegen, along with a women's outdoor store called Kathmandu for Women in Utrecht.
