Pacsafe, the specialty brand of locks and other travel safety devices, is expanding its business to Canada, where Stephen and Sue Kay – both in the sporting goods and travel gear business for 27 years – will take on the distribution. Meanwhile, Pacsafe has hired Patricia Hui as global director of operations to steer the brand's business in more than 30 countries. Among other jobs, she served for Kipling and Delsey.
