Sanuk, the American brand acquired by the Deckers Outdoor Corporation in July 2011, presented its collections for the first time at the OutDoor show in Friedrichshafen. James Petrie, who previously worked for Vans, is the new brand manager for this American brand of surf-inspired casual footwear for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Deckers is using the same distributors as before for Sanuk in Europe in a transition phase, supporting them with its own offices in the U.K., France and the Benelux. One of the distributors is Urban Supplies for Germany.
