The North Face is putting an end to a relationship of more than three decades with CJ Agencies in the Netherlands to set up its own sales and marketing team in the country. Sport Partner reports that TNF is growing steadily in the Netherlands and the change is part of the outdoor brand's “key city approach,” Amsterdam being one of the cities identified for investment. The Dutch team will be supervised by Jonas Andersson, country manager for TNF in Scandinavia and the Benelux countries. CJ Agencies, a large-scale Dutch distribution company specializing in outdoor brands that represents also Black Diamond, Gregory, Beal, Bridgedale, Eagle Creek, MSR and more, will strive to replace it with another leading outdoor apparel brand. No further details could be obtained about the timing or the team.
