Vario Sport has just purchased all shares of Ullfrotté Original, which is the Norwegian distributor of two Swedish brands, Woolpower and Gränfors Bruk. According to Ullfrotté's chief executive, John Sveen, the acquisition is the result of a long and thorough process, with both companies having had the need for a more complete product range with offerings for all seasons. Sveen will become a shareholder in Vario Sport.
