The Australian brand Sea to Summit has announced that it is repurchasing its North American distribution rights, for an undisclosed amount, from Shelley and Andrew Dunbar, who have held them for over two decades. Sea to Summit plans to integrate the North American team and operations into the company’s global brand strategy. The website Snews has reported that the brand will retain its entire North American staff, more than 50 people, and keep its North American headquarters in Boulder, Colorado. Josh Simpson, long-time director of North American sales, will be the general manager. The ownership transition will take effect on April 30
