Walltopia, the big Bulgarian supplier of holds and other equipment for indoor climbing walls, announced a 15 percent price increase on all its products and services as of Sept. 19. It said the reasons for this were that its labor costs more than doubled in the last five years, coupled with increased burdens from all sorts of regulators in the European Union. Offers under discussion on Sept. 19 are valid for a 20-day review period. The new pricing will apply to any contracts signed after Sept. 30.
