The Italian shoe brand AKU has announced the immediate appointment of Canice Harte as vice president of sales and marketing for AKU Outdoor in the U.S. Based in Park City, Utah, Harte has worked for such brands as Salomon, Patagonia and The North Face and most recently served as vice president of licensing and innovation at Nathan Sports, an American manufacturer of running apparel and accessories. He will focus on expanding AKU’s brand awareness and distribution in the U.S.
