Coghlan's, a Canadian supplier of camping accessories based in Winnipeg, has acquired McNett, a supplier of water-repellent sprays, tent sealers, field repair kits and other outdoor gear and accessories based in Billingham, Washington. There will be no change in the management of the company, even at its European offices in England, Germany, Italy and Spain. In addition to its branded products, which it calls “Essentials for Adventure,” it sells private label items. McNett recently promoted Liz Mathias to the position of chief operating officer, reporting to the company's chief executive, Travis Huisman.
