Bluesign has released Version 3.0 of its Product Stewardship Guideline, exclusively available to Bluesign System Parners. The Guideline, which complements the Bluesign Criteria for chemical suppliers, is a practical guide for chemical companies that are willing to implement state-of-the-art procedures and improve their product safety. Bluesign has been supporting the improvement of product stewardship practices at chemical suppliers with its Product Stewardship Guideline since 2010. If necessary, the experts of the Bluesign Product Stewardship Services (PSS) also support clients in the rollout and improvement of stewardship procedures. The Product Stewardship capabilities of chemical suppliers are an important basis for the evaluation of chemical products during the Bluesign chemical assessment.
