Casey Sheahan is leaving next Feb. 7, as chief executive and president of Patagonia, a role that he held since March 2006, to return to his family in Colorado. His positions are being taken over by Rose Macario, CEO of the parent company, Patagonia Works. Both have been working closely on the transition.
