U.S. shock absorber and suspension manufacturer Fox Factory Holding Corp. has appointed Sidney Johnson to its board of directors, effective Jan. 1. Johnson brings more than 25 years of operational excellence and global supply chain experience in the technology, global mobility and automotive manufacturing industries to the company, which aims to surpass $1 billion in revenue in 2021. Most recently, Johnson served as head of procurement and automotive sourcing at Harman International Industries, a global leader in connected car technology, lifestyle audio innovation, cloud services and IoT solutions. Previously, he served as vice chairman of the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s board of directors and as an advisory board member of the International Trade Centre, a joint agency of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the United Nations (UN).
