Heather Jackson, described as an expert in IT and change management, has become a non-executive director of JD Sports Fashion, parent company of Blacks, Millets and other outdoor retail chains in the U.K.  She is also a non-executive director of Ikano Bank from Sweden, where she chairs the remuneration and IT committees. She co-founded a change management company, Actinista, which she runs together with a partner. Jackson previously worked for HBOS, Capital One, Boots the Chemist, and George at Asda.
