Hydro Flask has hired Dennis Conner as the company's new vice president of operations, effective Oct. 13. Additionally, Rocco Villano has been promoted to director of sourcing and planning, from his previous role as senior operations manager, while Rob Mitchell, a veteran of the outdoor industry, has joined the company's advisory board. Conner brings more than 15 years of global operations experience. He was formerly the vice president of operations of Rejuvenation Lighting, a division of Williams Sonoma. Prior to that, he ran operations for DeMarini, the baseball bat division within Wilson Sporting Goods.
