Johnson Outdoors has appointed Patricia G. Penman to the position of vice president of global marketing services and communication. She will be a member of the executive team reporting directly to Helen Johnson-Leipold, chairperson and chief executive of the company. Penman has spent more than 30 years in the packaged consumer goods industry, working for Kraft, Campbell Soup and SC Johnson.
