Nicolas Warchalowski is stepping down from his CEO position at Peak Performance after four years at the helm of the company. Under his management, the Swedish brand that belonged to the Danish IC Group underwent strategic changes that boosted its revenues and profit margins. As previously reported, Peak Performance was acquired by the Amer Sports Group for about €255 million a few months ago. Peak Performance said that Warchalowski’s successor will be announced at a later date and that, in the meantime, Sara Molnar, currently director of business development, would serve as the interim business leader for the brand. Warchalowski, who was the chief executive of Haglöfs before he joined Peak Performance, will become CEO of Babybjörn, another Swedish-based company that is specializing in baby carriers.
