Sebastian Lund has been appointed as chief human resources officer and member of the executive board at Amer Sports, the Finnish sports equipment group that owns Salomon and Arc'teryx along with Atomic, Wilson, Precor and other brands. He will join Amer Sports at the beginning of October after 20 years at Procter & Gamble in the U.S. and Europe, most recently in human resources at the group's offices in Cincinnati. Lund will replace Terhi Heikkinen, who is senior vice president in charge of human resources and also has a seat on the Finnish group's executive board. Heikkinen is leaving the company at the end of August. Lund will report to Heikki Takala, Amer Sports' president and chief executive.
