VF Corp. has promoted Scott A. Roe to the role of vice president and chief financial officer, with effect from Apr. 1. He succeeds Robert K. Shearer who is retiring after 28 years of service for the company. Roe has been with with VF for 18 years, acting most recently as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer. His position has been taken over by Bryan H. McNeill, who has worked for VF for 19 years, most recently in the role of controller and supply chain chief financial officer at VF EMEA since May 2010.
