VF has a new VP of inclusion and diversity

VF Corp. has appointed Lauren Guthrie as vice president of global inclusion and diversity (I&D) in replacement of Reggie Miller, who is resigning. Guthrie has worked in merchandising for most of her career, first at Abercrombie & Fitch and Levi Strauss, then in an executive capacity at Nike, Old Navy and The North Face. At VF she has served as vice president of the council to advance racial equity (CARE) and I&D for the Americas and as co-chair of ACE Diversity, an “employee resource group.” According to Anita Graham, VF’s vice president and chief human resources officer, Guthrie has already “spearheaded some of our most thoughtful and powerful I&D programs aimed at racial equity, social justice and fostering a more inclusive environment for all.”
